Why did you choose to work in the HVAC industry?
Everyone needs HVAC, it’s a creative industry and never dull. As part of the construction industry, credit’s mostly challenging and difficult at all times. I joined the industry as a Credit Manager many years ago mainly for that reason. There are so many customers that need assistance financially. The industry is very tight knit and supportive.
What are the best & least favorite parts about your job?
I like being depended upon. My responsibilities and accuracy knowing what I do makes a difference and I do my part by looking for ways to save expense.
What makes DSCR special & different over other HVAC companies?
Honesty cannot be questioned; Extreme sense of clients needs; Strong financials; We care for the client, both before and after the service/install visit by providing for their needs; We operate conservatively; Customer is always first; We plan ahead.
Any family and/or pets you’d like to tell us about?
4 Dachshunds…Pumpkin, Snickers, Bentley and Griffin
Any hobbies or activities that you enjoy?
Occasional pier fishing, yard work, networking in the credit industry, spending time with my dogs, reading and strong supporter of the All American Dachshund Rescue. (I have helped save lives of 2 during the past year!)
