Why did you choose to work in the HVAC industry?
Got into heating and A/C as a more dependable source of income than the construction industry. Graduated from Wor Wic Tech with a degree in advanced Heating, Air Conditioning & Ventilation, and advanced electronics. Worked my way up from a helper to Senior Tech in two years. Started my own business in 1990 in Salisbury, MD. Was hired as a General Manager for E.T Travis Taylor in 1999, then moved from the Eastern Shore to Amelia, VA in 2005.
What makes DSCR special & different over other HVAC companies?
Dominion Service Company does not have the employee turnover that I see in most companies and the owners value your opinion on HVAC. It’s truly a family atmosphere.
Any family and/or pets you’d like to tell us about?
I live in Amelia with my wife Brenda and our two dogs Molly and Bailey.
